Delivery & Service Activation Policy

Naqla is a digital service. Nothing is shipped physically — there is no courier, no parcel and no shipping fee. What is "delivered" is access to the service, and this page states exactly when that happens.

1. What you receive

• A Naqla account with a dashboard at bot.naqla.ai/saas.
• Your channels (WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email, website chat) connected to that account.
• An assistant trained on your business's own information.
• A monthly allowance of messages according to your plan.

2. When it is delivered

Delivery time depends on what you ordered. Standard activation is quick and fixed; work built specifically for your business is not, and we do not pretend otherwise.

Custom integrations and bespoke work

Connecting Naqla to a system you already run — a CRM, an ERP, a booking system, a payment gateway, an internal database, or a workflow built only for you — is a separate piece of work with its own timeline. It commonly takes two weeks to a month, and occasionally longer where a third party's approval is involved.

Before any such work starts, we agree in writing:

• exactly what will be built,
• a delivery date or date range,
• the price, and
• what we need from you, and by when.

That written scope is the delivery commitment for custom work — not the 1–3 day figure above, which covers standard activation only. You will have it in your email before you are asked to pay for the custom part.

Some delays are outside our control and will be told to you as they happen: approval of a WhatsApp Business account by Meta, verification of a business by a platform, or a third-party system's own review process. Where a date depends on someone else, we say so rather than repeating a date we cannot hold.

Standard setup also depends on information only you can provide — access to your WhatsApp Business or Facebook Page, and your services, prices and policies. The timeline starts when we receive them, and we will tell you clearly if anything is outstanding.

3. Delivery confirmation

You receive an email and a WhatsApp message when the account is created and again when setup is complete. An invoice for every payment is sent to the email on your account.

4. Geographic coverage

Naqla is delivered online and is available anywhere with an internet connection. It is operated from Cairo, Egypt, and priced in Egyptian Pounds.

5. If delivery is delayed
